Yee-haw. Slip into the tractor seat and turn a small farm into a booming business. Choose your Virtual Farm crops, then till your ground and water your fields. Harvest your produce and take your goods to market. Once there, set the prices and keep a close eye on demand. With tons of upgrades to earn, you`ve got plenty of customers to satisfy in this hillbilly Time Management game. Virtual Farm will have your entire family squealing like, well, pigs.
* Hillbilly Time Management game.
* Multiple kinds of crops to grow.
* Build a booming farm business!
Virtual Farm is an amusing way to relax and spend a few minutes. Bring back the farm that your father left you. Start with the grass and some rusty old tools, and slowly till land to plant new seeds. Sell your products at market to earn money to upgrade your tools, buy new seeds, and build processing plants. Don't forget to adjust your prices as the market demand changes.
I really enjoyed Virtual Farm. It reminded me a bit of
Alice Greenfingers, with the addition of animals as well as plants. It had gentle music, and enough draw that all the kids came over to see what it was and then stay and watch. Virtual Farm is another winner in the everyone likes it category!
Update 6-30-08: After buying the game and continuing to play it, Virtual Farm has lost it's appeal. It never really changes, and you are stuck doing the same things over and over without a goal to aim for. Alice Greenfingers is a favorite in my house, even though we have finished the game several times each. If you want something similar to Virtual Farm (but with good playability), I suggest looking into
Alice Greenfingers, or what I just called an improved version of Alice Greenfingers,
Ranch Rush!
