Wonderburg holds such charm that anyone can enjoy it. You are cast as the friendly, and witty, witch who is joined by a dwarf friend as you travel in the footsteps of a giant who is destroying the villages. Travel to villages across the land repairing the houses, and building other structures as you go. In some villages you will find other distractions that need to be conquered, such as a ship full of ghostly pirates who have taken over the town. As this game offers both a timed mode and a relaxed mode, it is a game that the entire family can have a hand at enjoying.
We thoroughly enjoyed Wonderburg! Everyone was drawn to the fun and colorful graphics, but the cast of characters hooked the boys. We decided to play the relaxed version, and were delighted to discover that it is a mode that the boys can accomplish and enjoy! Wonderburg is a lot like the Build-a-Lot Series, which we have enjoyed over the last few years. The problem with this series is that the time constraints on the levels have made it too frustrating for the boys to try themselves. With the relaxed mode, Wonderburg has solved this problem and created a fun story that the boys are thrilled with. Since it also offers the timed mode, us older folks can still have a bit of a challenge to the game!
