Ikibago is a cute match 3 style of game with a twist. While you swap pieces to make columns of three or more, Ikibago allows you to swap pieces from anywhere on the board, and the board scrolls across the screen while in play. You must create a match in each column before it disappears, or lose a life. Each level holds different challenges.
Ikibago has a different theme for each level, and several rounds within each level. Deal with obstacles like locked barrels, and creatively use special bonuses like golden rings, and keys to improve your score. Ikibago allows you to go back and revisit different levels from the main screen.
I had thought that Ikibago was going to be a match three game for younger children, but was suprised to find it increasingly challenging. Even with the pirate theme to Ikibago, the boys were not interested in it. Ikibago did not draw my teenage daughter in either. I find it tedious, and shut it down in less than a hour. We have several other Match three games that are much higher on our list. Among our favorites are Fishdom and Ancient Quest of Saqqarah.
