Quick thinking and fast reactions are called for in Dragon Portals. Drop orbs from one dragon to the next to make matches of three or more. Use collected power ups to get out of tight spots. Look for the hints within the orbs if you get stuck. Keep matching, or your dragons will hit the ground, and you will have to start over. From the main menu, you have the option to play in relaxed mode, but don't get too relaxed or your dragons will still fall to earth.
Dragon Portals is full of beautifully colored scenes of flying Chinese dragons. The match three game play was a twist off of the usual, and quite fun. The boys and I really liked some of the power ups. The butterflies were our favorite! Every few levels, you are offered the opportunity to take pictures of the flying dragons, and graded on your efforts. You can choose to reject the offer. We enjoyed playing Dragon Portals, and have added it to our ever growing want list!
